By booking your session you agree that:

1. 100% must be paid at the time of booking your session.

2. Dates are not subject to changes.

3. Refunds of any payments will not be possible once you have booked your session.

4. Half and Half Social maintains full intellectual property rights to all images produced during the photography session. All preparation material, intellectual property and native files used to create the project remain the property of Half and Half Social. The Final artwork will become the property of the client.   

5. We keep the right to display the final artwork and any other materials in our portfolio or any other channels we choose.
